Controller

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or similar field from a four-year college or university preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the business office of a multi-line powersports or automotive dealership with experience as the assistant or controller preferred.

  • Prior experience working with dealership software systems (i.e. Talon – Harley specific - CDK Lightspeed - NXT or EVO etc.) preferred

Skills and Specialized Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of personal computing software including Microsoft Office

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, reports, and procedures

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from dealership and corporate management

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

 

Accounting Manager 

Requirements and qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases, especially QuickBooks

  • Excel Expert level

  • Ability to multitask

  • Understanding and knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work with CFO to plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy

  • Work with CFO on treasury, cash forecasting, reporting, and budgeting

  • Take hands on responsibility for general ledger, revenue and expense variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and commissions

  • Mange a team who perform accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and payroll

  • Work with a cross functional team to manage data reporting and sales support systems and processes

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data

  • Monitor and manage accounting KPIs

  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements

  • Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles

  • Encourage other employees to adhere to standards

  • Train new employees

  • Provide recommendations

  • Meet financial accounting objectives

 

Accounting Supervisor 

Requirements include 2-5 years minimum accounting and office experience. Good Excel and Word skills mandatory. 1-3 years Quickbooks background helpful.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Prepare, review and analyze monthly financials for clients

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements

  • Update fixed asset system for additions, disposals and transfers

  • Process monthly fixed asset depreciation

  • Research and prepare bank reconciliations

  • Manage other bookkeepers

  • Work with clients to resolve questions

  • Good communication and flexibility are essential. Self-starter a plus. A major plus if candidate has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

 

Account Director

  • You have 2 years of experience in transactional SaaS sales

  • You are results-driven and have a consistent track record of exceeding quota

  • You are analytical, detail-driven and a master multitasker

  • You have experience demoing software and are comfortable selling to all audiences

  • You are entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • You'll be working closely with project management, strategist and designers to deliver your clients projects and watch their visions come to life. You'll be responsible for building out your sales pipeline with expanding existing client's accounts and working to an annual sales target.

  • You'll have experience working within a creative agency and handling in a client facing position.

  • You must have experience working to KPIs and targets, although you won't be handling new business, you'll be working closely with the new business and will be expected to grow accounts.

Senior Account Executive 

  • Four year college degree (or in process)

  • 2+ years experience.

  • Knowledge of computers, MS Office, CPR+, CRM, etc.

  • Able to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ability to work independently and adhere to any documentation requirements for work performed.

  • Occasional work outside normal business hours.

 

Staff Accountant

  • Candidate should possess a degree in accounting or 2 years bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks.

  • Have a desire to learn new things.

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Experienced with Excel

  • Must be able to work as a team and individually

  • Experience with Sage 300 and QuickBooks a plus

  • TWIC eligible

  • Assist accounting manager with various financing and accounting functions

  • Assist with accounts payable verification and entry

  • Prepare customer invoices

  • Enter monthly adjusting journal entries

  • Reconcile and post employee credit card expense accounts

 

Junior Account Executive

  •  Developing a broad understanding of the market (developments, opportunities and competitor services)

  • Shadowing senior team members while out in the field to get hands-on training

  • Identifying new prospects through networking and research and developing your own pipeline of potential business

  • Managing CRM records and following up on inbound marketing requests promptly, to agreed service levels

  • Booking appointments for senior executives, and building client relationships on their behalf

  • Building up the business’ brand and establishing them in the marketplace
